Wake up!

You believe you are awake but you are asleep. You believe you know the truth, but you don't. What games we play with each other. Trying to impress who? For what reason? Why do we hurt each other? For what reason? We can live in harmony if we detach ourselves from being right, from control. There is nothing to do, other than breath. There is no race to win, we are all end up in the hole on the earth at the end. Why such a hurry? Why do you stress? There is nowhere to go other than being here. Be rich for what reason? If being rich you end up having more than somebody else. Share your surplus thats the only way to live. Have enough for you and share the rest. Life is not a struggle or a race. It is this, right here, right now. Breathe, life is a breath. When you are born you take the deepest inhale and when you die your biggest exhale. This is life. Your breath in the Now!

Law

As I see the differences cases that recently have been put in the media. I see more and more of how law is manipulated. Innocents are made look guilty and guilty are made into sainthood. Is incredible how low the human being has come to. Where there is nothing real, all is an illusion. It seems this thing we call law, is just a way of people living out of other peoples problem. Not to fix or come to a better understanding. Is about how long can we keep the process. To charge the person until there is nothing left. How lawyers hang out with judges and buy each other. This is one of most disgusting professions I have come across. You know for a fact that lawyers don't care about the person they represent. They care to make as much money as they can from you. Will us as thinking humans will ever see the light? I don't know. But I know one thing, the abuse that is being done by the law won't be able to survive when the people stand up.

Live the life you will

Awake today, nobody else can make it there. But you that still glares in the mirror. Nobody is expecting, only you the reflection. Growth is inevitable. Change is debatable. Death is absolute. The roads await you, choose a path nobody can't. In the risk is the adventure. Which is the right or which one is the wrong? It doesn't matter cause is your own road. To risk is to live, to live is to die. We where born to die. Inside can tremble and it can hurt. Only the memories can give you this pain. Pieces inside to try to relive what was. It's only a memory a risk in the path. The truth it's unclear, there is nothing real. It defines it all in the eyes of the beholder. Seize the day. Live the life you will...

Open childhood

From the moment you can understand you are bombarded with beliefs that are not proven to be real. Binding a child's mind in a complicated knot. Why do we do this? What ever happen to exploring life? What happened to taking risk? If we are on the way everytime,they will never learn. We can't protect them we can only be there to help if they ask for help. We are the guardians but not the one living their life. They live as they want,just like we did.

Dance the last dance

To rescue yourself from annihilation of your own demise. The sight of your lifeless body lies. Rescue me is not an option. Caution as you are getting close to your auction. Grown that much, hold on to much,said to much. The darkness is near, the fear is much real. Skinless skin becomes the scented rubber of my bed. We have come to rest,beyond all the rest. The feast has just begun to feed the unknown self. The brake, the tear, the rip, the stare, as if nothing was there. Empty shells being broken. Moistness and dampness of the inner soils.The soil of a lifeless life. Of motion one’s done, only memories are left undone. To go through it you must have been the creator of the journey. You only see the memory of what was, not what is or what it will be, just the beginning of a chapter yet not written, it will be empty, lifeless alone. The growth of new life dances with death all over the shell. Growing bigger as the feast is open to sell. Everybody leaving when all is over. Be a Slave all your life so the Rich can live their life

Be a Slave all your life so the Rich can live their life. As I read more, and come to a basic understanding of life or at least what I understand. I notice something really strange the fact that the Rich maintain us the poor entertained so we can't notice what is going on. We live in a constant fear,anger. Why? We are just being lead into a trance, obey, do this do that,don't ask question. We don't get encourage to live our lives, we are encourage to serve society in our "jobs" and retire. We are supposed to keep going. We are the only animal in the planet that pays to live on Earth. Do you not find this odd? The Rich can live their life and have fun. As long as we keep giving our lives for them to live their life free of worry. Isn't that messed up? I think it is. There is really something not right. We see tribes in the Amazon living from the earth, they hunt and they explore. They have no crime, stealing, no money, no rich, no poor. Why are we in the rat race? Who is making us be in this rat race. They put you in the rat race before you even have the knowledge to know any bette, via student loan,credit cards, mortgages, personal loans. Think about it. Im not saying all debt is bad. If what you gain from isn't larger than the payment it was not worth it. Is sad but true.

Happy Mother's day Distorted

Happy Mother's day! Celebrating that person that brought you to this world. Right? Not really is all about money my friends. They don't care about your mom they want to sell you stuff that she don't need. But we are so blinded that we don't see how we are manipulated like cattle to buy,buy,buy... Do you ever stop to think why? Why do we buy gifts? Big companies need to sell! Keep making money from you.

I would say celebrate Mother's day everyday. Connect with her, keep company,watch a sunset with her,talk, share food. Among all of the other  things that money can't buy. Holidays are not ”holy days” and are not special. Is just another day we give it the meaning. But really why do we need a day to be a better person, son or daughter? Why not just be it everyday? Is a simple task. Don't be part of the mass consumerism. Brake the cycle.”Be the change you want in this world.”

The System Distorted

The System is distorted, we are brought to believe that we are suppose to run the rat race. To study ,12 years of creativity put into a small room where your individuality is broken. You are molded to be just like the other kids. You suppose to know the same information, or more like disinformation really if you look at it. Most of history are full of lies and it cannot be trusted anyway. They make you go to work so you can buy a house that won't ever be yours. In a work that is completely a routine. For what? Why? You see people trying to fit in with certain individuals thinking if they are part of  certain group and make the money it would make them happy. How insane is it that we do this and our life passes us by. Not able to experience all that we wish to see,taste,learn.  Is sad to see this happen. Most people are  asleep, running a race they won't ever win, fighting among each other instead of helping each other. But that is how the system wants it. Is a vicious cycle, addictive at times. We have been doing it so long that we don't even know what is to be a peace with ourselves and others. The human being is an animal of habit. We forget this and become more animal than human. Stop and think why,ask,question everything and brake the habit of being a hamster in a wheel.
Don't buy into capitalism and consumerism. Is a trap,a trap that is used to make you a slave to the system.

Terrorist Distorted

Terrorist attacks all in the news and we cry cause it affected us directly this time. We don't see when the others have suffer. We don't see the wars that we brought into other countries. Excuses like freedom,weapons of mass destruction. All lame excuses to have a reason to kill innocent people, fathers,mothers and child. To steal other people resources and life. How sad that people don't see the lie that is being feed to them. Soldiers are not hero, they are legal terrorist for other countries. But what terrorist are is humans defending there ideas and philosophy of Life! How easy would be to let other people live and be happy.

Living Distorted

When did life become this?? Why do we accept this?? Why is it that we do the rat race?? When did paper became the reason we live?? More people live to survive than live to live life to the fullest. Is a sad thing. Native Americans had more of a life than the white man. Africans had more of life. People in the amazon have more of a life. We wake up go out work,come back hom exhausted and sit in front of a box feeding us lies and  announcements. Then we wonder why we are buying things we don't need. Is a mass hypnotism if you ask me. Take people exhausted and feed them lies and announcements. We have to wake up. We are way more than cows in a slaughter house. Wake up! We need to start living to have passion for life. Not paper money,not things. What is important? Running around in a hamster wheel? Or getting out a experience the small amount of life that we have. To make good memories. Wake up! You only live ones. You only have today. Tomorrow might not come. Today is the only day there is.

Holiday Distorted

Holidays religious or cultural in it's background totally comercial nowadays. You don't think so? Is a way big companies make people buy things they don't need for no other reason than to make money. Sure it makes ”great family moments right?” Not really! If you need somebody to tell you to be together and share as a family because of some certain distorted historical event. Then my friends you have been brainwashed and manipulated to follow the system. Like cattle we wait in black friday to buy. Getting together has turn into what gifts did you get and how much food can we consume. Making you lose focus of life. Of living. Of discovering. How sad is it that the only reason we buy and do alot of the things we do is because of cultural manipulation from big industries. They want you to get into debt so you become their slave for life. They want to make you feel good about getting the new phone even if your old one functions just fine. Make you feel like holidays are the union of a family. Making people get together to consume excessive amounts of food and throw away lots of it. Is senseless!! Isn't interesting how there is still hunger and poverty in this world? When we get to do all this things? How about making a holiday out of life? Helping each other and enjoying the little time we spend in this Earth. Get your life in perspective!

War Distorted

”War what is it good for? Absolutely nothing!”Actually something. War a way of big industry make money,goverments make money and gain real estate and natural resources. Is all about money and power. Don't be fool to think for a minute is for freedom or to help. War has been romanticized all this years. Making love stories out of a evil and senseless action. Making war heroes of people that go in to other peoples country and kill them. How would  you feel if you where the one invaded? How about that?? How would you feel some guy comes through the door and shoots your family dead? Would you let it happen? Would you defend yourself? Of course you would is only natural! While people are being killed,getting sick from  biological weapons. The rich and powerful are in there room air conditioned with limitless food comfortable looking at there bank account increase. All the weapons,tools and clothing have a maker a company, they are making money out of our loved ones death and misery. Going to war is just a way of making money out of peoples death. Horrible and distorted war.

You don't own anything

You don't own anything. Don't agree? Think about it. When you die, do you still own it? Can somebody steal it? Can you lose it? Can it lose value? Yes, the answer is we don't own anything. We use thing for the time we are here. We stay with people until they decide to leave or die. We don't own people. Attachment to things are hopeless,is like trying to grasp water in our hands. So what solution is there? Let go of things, they have no value, only for you.What about people?! People have their time in our life and we don't decide when or why they have to go. Just like things don't get attach. Life is being in a constant state of transition. Change always happens. Acceptance and be present in your enjoyment of things and people. You never know when the next shift will happen.

Living Distorted

You encounter many people telling you i need a new car. I say you want a new car. I need is such a misused sentence. What do we really need to live? Not much really. We need food,air,house,sex, and clothing. Is pretty sad to see how people go into the ratrace trying to get more as if their life depended on it. They get stress and sick making paper money all their life. They don't take days off nor enjoy their family and friends company. When they are old or their body gives up, then they stop to look at what was always there. Now having less time to enjoy it. How did we get like this?? Media! They have distorted what living is and made it into a goal oriented living where if you don't get to thias certain levels you will be sad. All a lie! Look at things are you taking anything else from this life? Not really you are taking only what you experience make them a good experience. Love your life,enjoy what you have and be happy now.
Always enjoyed this story of the mexican fisherman, don't know who wrote it but it explains what I want you to understand.

The Story of the Mexican fisherman

”An American investment banker was at the pier of a small coastal Mexican village when a small boat with just one fisherman docked. Inside the small boat were several large yellowfin tuna. The American complimented the Mexican on the quality of his fish and asked how long it took to catch them.

The Mexican replied, "only a little while."

The American then asked why didn't he stay out longer and catch more fish?

The Mexican said he had enough to support his family's immediate needs.

The American then asked, "but what do you do with the rest of your time?"

The Mexican fisherman said, "I sleep late,fish a little, play with my children, take siestas with my wife, Maria, stroll into the village each evening where I sip wine, and play guitar with my amigos. I have a full and busy life."

The American scoffed, "I am a Harvard MBA and could help you. You should spend more time fishing and with the proceeds, buy a biggerboat. With the proceeds from the bigger boat, you could buy several boats, eventually you would have a fleet of fishing boats. Instead of selling your catch to a middleman you would sell directly to the processor, eventually opening your own cannery. You would control the product, processing, and distribution. You would need to leave this small coastal fishing village and move to Mexico City, then LA and eventually New York City, where you will run your expanding enterprise."

The Mexican fisherman asked, "But, how long will this all take?"

To which the American replied, "15 - 20 years."

"But what then?" Asked the Mexican.

The American laughed and said, "That's the best part. When the time is right you would announce an IPO and sell your company stock to the public and become very rich, you would make millions!"

"Millions - then what?"

The American said, "Then you would retire. Move to a small coastal fishing village where you would sleep late, fish a little, play with your kids, take siestas with your wife, stroll to the villagein the evenings where you could sip wine and play your guitar with your amigos."

Who is your base?

Life is like a building. You need a steady foundation, a base to be able to stand. First is you and you thoughts. Second your family and friends, why family and friends cause friends are the family you choose.  And then there is that person or persons that give you support in your most vulnerable time. They are your base, so you don't brake down completely. Don't give up on your base, foundations are not clean that's why it makes them solid they are deep in the dirt. The people that are your base are not clean of all sin on the contrary they are full of flaws. You see them as they are no paint or manners plain all flawed human being. Who is your base? Why would you let it go? Reality is that there is bases that can make our life unstable and wobbly,that is the time to let go of them. Make your life a solid foundation full of love and commitment. Love cannot exist without commitment. Commitment is love, is unconditional love. Acceptance of the dirty of the flaws. We are here to support each other in the roadtrip that life is,you decide who stays in the bus with you and how long. Give the support you need to all that need it. We all have a roadmap but the problem is that the roads change everyday. Everyday we think we arrived to our destination, but reality is that life is a journey. It doesn't matter what road you take in life. Make it your road at the end we are all driving to the sameplace. In the end we are all base of all that we come in contact with.

Money Distorted

Money, is all about the money they say. Why this obsession to accumulate paper? Why are we so obsessed with Gold? Is just a mineral! I think trade should come back as a way to pay for things. We are all capable of making things that others want. Why not trade skills?? It makes more sense than making up paper that is represented by a mineral somewhere. How logical is money really if you stop to think about it. How is this making the Earth better? How is this making us connect with each other. We don't connect we want to get money and lots of it. Stop to think,what are you doing to make your life better? Your community better. Your country better. Earth better. We are all connected. Pay it forward in skills. Fair trade between people is the best in my opinion. Share your wealth,share your skills,acquire new ones and live happy. We don't need the rat race to live. Is all a lie of keeping you running in the same place till you die. Enjoy life,is the only one you have.

Jealousy Distorted

Had people ask me, don't you get jealous of your girlfriend doing this or that. I say to people if I was going to get jealous for things that my mind can create then I would have no peace. Why am I going to do that to her or to myself. Second people are always,always going to do whatever they want. No matter if you are jealous,if you prohibit them,so on and so on. Why waste your time in senseless fights and thoughts? If the person truly loves you is a decision they have made a commitment to be there. If they change their decisions then is not your problem is their problem. You do your part and if they want to go,you can't force anything on anybody. Not love,nor loyalty. We are here to enjoy life not to repress ourselves and live a life full of regret and hate. Live,love and laugh is all we can do. Forget jealousy they are only monsters in the dark.

Mental issues distorted

Have you notice how many people blame mental disorder to there actions nowaday? ”Im sorry is my OCD,ADD,Bi polar”among other ones... It seems is always is an escape word of some sort,that excuses just plain old rudeness. Most people are not even  diagnose with anything other than being a rude person that wasn't showed any manners as kids or decided not to have them. For those who do have it,i got empathy for you. This is just an observation to all of you to spread the word. Accept your faults instead of trying to get out of trouble . Don't blame it on mental disorders that you don't have. Is not nice and is just plain rude.

Work Distorted

We wake up, go to work,come out of work,go to sleep, do it all over again. Life pass us by while we work in a place we either don't like or feel like we have  outgrown. We get paid very little compared to what the management and owner of the place. But we are the ones who make the business run. Is there something twisted and distorted in this? I believe so! People spend their precious life working for some other guy to get rich! We get abused and mentally torture by management. Recognize employees with gift that we could buy ourselves if we wanted to or needed them. I don't need a new blender,dinner,Massage or an ipad or ipod. But they make you think that is a big deal. You are such an incredible asset to the company. We know that is bullshit. They make you feel like you are part of a family,when in reality you are just a number. They don't truly care about you,you leave they replace you faster than you can say job! Human resources is just a way of big companies cover their asses so you wont sue them. They don't care about your life or your family. They are looking to keep you working as a slave for the least amount of money just like they used to do back in the Plantation or ”Hacienda” back in the day. When you either don't fit or are unable to work cause you are sick from all the stress they created in the first place,they let you go! I mean you get fired!! You are useless,you got sick or to old. Where is the family that they always preach about now? You are there in the good and bad for your family.
Is amazing that we gotten to this standard of living or should I say surviving. Struggling to make a dollar. Funny thing about work and cost of life. Your pay stays the same while everything goes up in price. I think we should pay people accordingly, if you have a company take either half or less than half the rest should go for the worker. After all why should you get all the money Mr. Millionaire?? Because you had the idea of putting all this people together? You had idea of a concept? Cause you got fix cost?Well so do we the working class! We got children,we got bills to pay,got a life that would like to enjoy,as much as you are enjoying your private jet, yacht and good food! We all have the right to be paid and not struggle because a few want to make all the money! Is time for people to change the way they make money. Start looking at fairness,proper treatment of people and proper pay.Wake up and see the distorted society and rise up!!
Don't settle for less than you deserve. Your life is in play and this big companies and owner do not care.

Medicine Distorted

Medicine has been part of us as humans for a long time. Greek father of medicine Hippocrates said.” We are what we eat.” And ”Let your food be thy medicine and thy medicine your food” Now this seems something out of the ordinary, doesn't it? When you go to a doctor nowadays and they give you chemical pills. No doctor, unless is a naturapth will talk about your nutrition. We know food is important,but still we decide to eat things that are not even food. We end up with sickness that are autoimmune or syndromes I find it fascinating that we are constantly bombarded to make the wrong choices in the media. Intoxicate yourself with this fake food or drink and come and buy our chemical medicines to take care of your problem. Then the medicine creates another problem with some other organ,then you neee a medicine for that too! Is a vicious cycle over and over again. Take the old doctors approach before you start breaking chemically something that it is meant to be solved by a natural solution.

Peace Distorted

How exactly war brings peace? Just because you kill all people that don't think like you it doesn't bring peace. Imagine if this practice was done daily In  your life. What would society be like? Peaceful?? I believe it would be way more hostile and full of hate. What are we teaching our children? Let other people think the way they do,live the way they do. Is there life, you wouldn't want somebody to come and enforce the way they live. What makes you think you should??

Law Distorted

Law something that was made to defend your rights as human being. Now being used as a weapon by alot of people to hurt people. Making people waste alot of time and money in senseless arguments. How sad is this, we have to  insure everything from house to your car,even your work,depending on what you do. All just in case somebody decides to sue your ass. Then you get to a lawyer that charges you no less than 500 plus dollars just to see your case. ”In court is not what you know is what you can prove.” Sadly alot of innocent people get send to jail or made poor because of this.
Folks I really think Law has gotten distorted and anybody nowadays with a secret agenda can start messing with your rights just because of money. How about that? What do we do to change this? Do we let it pass again and again? I believe we need to stand a take our rights back. Stop the abusive use of the law!

Relationships Distorted

My experience  there is no perfect relationship. There will be discussion and arguments,after all we are different. If you truly care nothing will split you apart.All relationships will at the end turn into what they are meant to be, a friend that stays with you in  the good and bad. Why over analize and glorify relationships? Is not a Hollywood movie,is reality, is real life. You will annoy each other,hurt each other,stink,gross out each other at times. But just like your family you accept and keep going. You want a relationship to last? Just accept. Want a relationship to die? Criticize and fight every little thing that you dislike. I got to tell you my friends, do not look for perfection look for a partner that will have your back everytime. Don't judge,accept. You are not perfect why do you expect perfection?? You are not Gods gift to man. You are a flawed human here to learn from mistakes and learn to live your life to the fullest. Accept and embrace your imperfections that will help you better  them, if you wish to or at least be aware of them to try and better your actions.  They say marriage is finding that one person you want to annoy for the rest of your life. I say is partly true but more that annoy is finding that one person that in the brokedown process you will not runaway. Is that person that when you see them at there worst,you help them get up. Sounds simple,but most give up before it even starts. True unconditional love,till death do us apart. That is what a true relationship is all about.

Freedom Distorted

Are you free??? Think about it, just for a moment. We work everyday,in a job that pays the bills. We lock ourselves in our car and then in our house. How free are we? We really live in the illusion of freedom. We got rights that are conditional to whomever has the power. You are not free! Wake up!! Your life is going away. All we are is slave to the system. Brake the chain and be free. Don't buy into the consumerism,most of the times you buy things you don't need. Just to have. You give up your life for technology,cars,gold,paper money. Does it make any sense?? Is this really the life that will make you happy?? Work till you are old so you then can pay the doctor for the sickness you created while working. Is this really living?? What about right now,did you take a moment experience it?? I think you will wake up and can wake up. I dream that you will pursue your dreams.

Truth Distorted

”Truth will set you free!” Or will it? I want somebody who is honest,faithful and truthful. One question I have for everybody. Are you truthful? Faithful? Honest? All the time? If you are I am guessing you must be hated and must be alone. Everybody lies, is human nature. We can't accept this fact, cause we like to keep our childhood innocence alive. Remember Santa Claus? Eastern bunny? Tooth Fairy? Jack Frost? Sandman? Boogie Man? This and many others have been the first lies we ever heard. Who tell us? Our parents!! the people we trust the most,that give us life! We spend our time looking for the truth from others instead of accepting there is no honesty or truth, just sugarcoated lies. People modify the way they say things not to hurt,to make someone feel good or just because a lie is more entertaining than the truth. Trust,honesty,truthfulness all lies just with some sugar on it.

Do you promise to say the whole truth so help you God!? They do this in court,now what happens if you don't believe in God? What happend to the division of state and religion? We'll seems like another lie to me. Truth is such a shady thing. Lawyers live there life distorting the truth.

Doctors say they know what you have here take this meds and then later you come back and they say I think you need this other med,but hey! what you expect from doctors? after all they call what they do practice.

You go to School teachers says the world is round and now the world is oval. Knowledge is always changing or at least accepted knowlege. The truth is such an illusive thing is scary if you think about it. Food we eat we are not sure what the hell we eat, and if we think about it,we probably would not eat.

Everyday we lie and Everyday we see lies everywhere! ”Age defiying cream”,sure thats sounds pretty honest. There is no such a thing!! You are getting old accept the life cycle! What is it with people they love lies and illusion about everything. But they want the ”truth”. What truth, Exactly?? Half truth?? That is the main accepted truth after all. And that tends to change depending on person to person.

There is a quote that says ”when the legend becomes fact print the legend. ” That's what people do in history happens all the time. History books are all full of lies and we eat it up. Hitler said it best “Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it” This has not change at all, politicians do it all the time. Scary to think of it,if you ask me folks.

Another quote from Hitler “It is always more difficult to fight against faith than against knowledge.” People have faith, over the goverment, religion. Goverment knows this so that why they mix it in for there advantage.  God bless you! In God we trust! God save the Queen! Do you promise to say the truth so help you God.  Is all this coincidence? I don't think so.

Hitler said “The victor will never be asked if he told the truth.” This is what happens all over in the world in jobs, sales, politcs,war and so on and so on.  Food for thought my friends. Next time somebody says to you I want the truth think about it do they want the truth?? Do they want a sugarcoated lie?? I know my life has change now and I wont see all with the same eyes. I will see all there is especially when people are saying half truth all the time. Acceptance of the imperfections of humans being will set you free, and that is the ”TRUTH”

Raising kids Distorted

I was raised the old school way when you talk out of line you felt it on your behind. I was no saint so I felt it,more than most. Now that I have a child don't want  that to happen to her. I want to talk to her and be able to let her express her inner self. I ask question for her to make her own decisions. After all we all do as we please,no matter what. Why should we think we are even able to control our child with pain? It only creates fearful beings. A child should be guided not modified like pavlov dog. This will create a more independent individual In my opinion. That's what we need them to be. Consious human being,able to see the big picture. Not a senseless goal oriented human. Show them to enjoy life simple things and honor other humans. No judgement of other people decisions. Don't show them to keep things for keeping them after all,material things stay behind when we die. Nobody will care about how much money you made we are all the same in death. Show your child to be in constant awe. Loving to explore and learn. Nowadays electronic devices has taken our child from reality. We have to get them back into reality,they need to get dirty,scratch,fall and all that we did. They need to see that playstation for us was the woods,not an electronic device that the only thing it does,is create zombies. T.V. Does the same if you are not careful. Use this tools carefully,they can be useful or they can be really detrimental for the childs development. Im no psychologist but I do use my common sense. If you talk to your child with secret and lies he will imitate you. If you don't stimulate his brain,he will never open his mind. If you are not affectionate he will underdevelop. Always keep In mind,just like you made bad and good decisions they will do the same. Controling a child creates a rebel instead of an ally. If there is something wrong that can kill them,you do have to get involved. But in the rest of the time,you can advice but dont try to enforce your will,is  there life,there will. You as a parent already had your chance only thing you can do is be there to share your experience and that is all.

Courtship distorted

People love the whole courtship,I call courtship the big lie. This is the moment where people behave on their best behavior, best clothes, trying to impress the person they are attracted to. Is all bullshit and I tell you more, it won't last more than 6 months before you start seeing the claws of reality tearing your illusion apart. Reaping the pink glasses and replacing it with darkness.
Taking the time to be honest would gain you more than using things to impress. That's why people say I didn't know who I married. He or she wasn't like this before. Break the cycle use truth,see what happens.

The cycle of life distorted

They say you are born ,you grow,get old and you die. But in between all that you are always prisoner of a room. When you are kid you are a prisoner of school in a mini desk looking at the chalkboard. When you grow you are a prisioner of an office in a desk looking into a monitor, when you are old you are prisoner of a hospital bed looking into T.V. . When you die you are again in a room a box till the end of time. You always looking into somewhere else and not inside us and around . Always focus in something else except our life. Enjoy your life focus on the present,don't let time pass without learning something new,having fun,experiencing something new.

Marriage Distorted

Is interesting how twisted marriage has become,it starts with a celebration of love. Finishes with a fight for money. Marriage no matter what Hollywood or any romance novel tells you is all about the money. Is a way for the goverment maintain some control over peoples money. Is very interesting if you ask me. All the promises made at the altar don't mean a thing. Nobody talks about love and sacrifice made. All is talk about is money and split the time with the kids. Next time you hear marriage think business proposal. Do not get blinded by the illusion.

Sex Distorted 2

Here goes my next post of Sex distorted. Alot of people judge other people sexual preference or sexual deviation. Judge how much and with whom as if this is going to get a price in the end for the most sexually repress judgmental. Nobody really should care about what other people do or do not do with their body. I say unless they are hurting another human,animal,child or themselves is ok,let them be. Even S&M has space in the exploration of sexual pleasure. Pain is very close to pleasure at times. But that is another subject for another post S&M distorted. Especially after all this hype about the books coming out.
Sex has so many branches to explore from spiritual to physical. You can become a sex yogi or yogina. You can become a sex athlete depends on your view on sex. Or you can embrace it all and not label yourself which is my preference. You are you and nothing else,nothing more. Labels just create separation and what we need is union in sex, just like yoga means union we need to have that union with ourselves and then with somebody else.

Millions of books are written on the subject all pretty much talk about the same and I will narrow those books into one sentence. Explore yourself and enjoy freely all the sexual pleasures Of life,with no hurry or fixed goal.
Here are questions to guide you:

Have you taken a moment to really touch and caress your partner or partners?
Do you talk about what was good or could be better next time after you are done? Sex is like a dance it does need practice and patience.
Are you selfish and have your orgasm as your primary goal?? Be artistic let it all flow don't stick with your own pleasure only.
Give attention to details of his or her breathing,body language even when they are quiet they don't stop talking to you. The subject of Sex is a complex and long one. All that it needs is your education on it and self edcuation is the best there is. Is not about doing it like a pornstar they are not the best example to follow,they are people who are paid to look good,to make faces, sometimes not even enjoying what they do.

Be the sexual being that you are meant to be use more than your 10%. Enjoy life simple pleasures.

Sex Distorted

Sex in the media,annoucements all over we are bombarded by Sex. Sex is our most primal self expression. For some reason with all the information on the subject and all the porn out there we still don't really have satisfying sex. We use 10 % Of our sexual capacity as much as we use of our brain. We are taught over and over by the media that is all about the big dick or big boobs,hard body and tight ass, how hard and long you can do it. An then there is the repress individuals talking about the virginity, sin and the wicked do this and that. Sex is way more than that superficial mombo jombo. Sex is a work of art if you ask me, a self expression of your most primal and inner self. Do not confuse sex with love, for just like marriage doesn't have to do with love,but actually about money. Sex has to do with pleasure and self exploration. Self exploration is the most you have to do to enjoy sex. If you don't, how you going to let go and enjoy? How would you guide the tourist when you don't know the roads of your own self pleasure. Sex, good sex starts with self knowledge. Then you can start with Techniques and props. Love Distorted

Everybody talks about love,falling in love and feeling love. I have to say Hollywood has distorted love at least what true love is all about. They are great at showing infatuation and illusion of love. They fall in love with total strangers instead of a friend. Have you tried knowing the person first?? You see love at first sight and butterfly on stomach normally happen because of alot of factors. Love is not the factor, Imagination is!! Love in the beginning is all about your imagination. What you make up in your head about that person and what they want you to see. So in reality you meet three people. The third person ,is the person they are really. That's the one that we are not so happy at times when it comes up. But in reality that is who they are. It's the annoying,rude at times,stinky, at times not very glamorous. Is the moment that you find out the other person is a human being that you get dissapointed and disillusion. But why are you mad? It was all in your head in the first place. Humans are flawed they will fail,just like you are flawed and make mistakes. You fall in love with your story in your head and you fall out of love with your story. Just like you decide to love your family or your children no matter what,you decide to love a person or not. Being in the good and the bad no matter what mistake or flaws. Unconditional love is the true love. Love is a decision you make,is easy to love someone when they are good to you is hard to love when they don't deserve it. Love and compassion to all living beings is the true way of living a blessed life. ”Love is my religion”.

Education Distorted

As we grow we get stuck in a room with other little kids that want to run and play. But are train like dogs to sit and be still. Given grades to let them know they are or not smart or well behave. Parents Go around proud Of the honor rolled kid as if that was something to be proud of. A kid that loses his creativity,passion and can vomit in a piece Of paper all that is being taught. Nowadays kids are more interested on seeing tv and playing video games than creating in their imagination a story. I learned this when i played with my daugther. She was surprise that i could make up a story and i was surprise to hear her say i don't know how to do that. Something that came so natural for me had become unatural to my kid. Is a real shame, I read to her every night that she is with me to spark her imagination. It seems to be helping. Education system is about turning kids into the same structure kid and parents are helping in the process brainwash by the media. Is something we have to look at and change my friends. The future doesn't look very promising when a kid builds a fort with a ipad instead of boxes. Let them go out,build,play with sticks, draw...spark the creativity. Creativity is educational all by itself.

Distorted Birth

Do you not think birth is distorted? We are brought to this earth in the most shocking way possible, in a cold room full of people with mask and latex gloves. After spending 9 months in a warm place. We get taken away and spank and shove things into our noses by strangers that we have no idea who they are. That don't really care about us, only care about making rent or buying the next in thing. Most people would say Im a pessimist. I call myself a realist. I do not buy into the distorted life and all the bullshit it brings. I do not believe that this is the way to treat a brand new human being, especially if its expected to be a peaceful one. But its all very distorted my friends. Back in the days kids where brought into this world by family member. What ever happen to all those "natural births" How come something that is so natural, has become so unnatural. You need a paper that says that you are capable of bringing somebody to life. Mother nature was mistaken I guess, forgot to give us that paper. So we believe we humans can do it better. Really what that paper should say is that I read this amount of articles and books and accomplish this amount of hours practicing unnatural ways of bringing kids to life. Natural birth has become unnatural. How distorted is that? Is all very confusing and scary if you ask me.
